a. Klinefelter Syndrome（クラインフェルター症候群）

・most common genotype is 47,XXY

・male hypogonadism（男性性腺機能低下症）

・testicular dysgenesis（精巣発育不全）→small firm atrophic testes（睾丸の萎縮）

・decreased testosterone（テストステロン分泌低下）

・increased FSH，LH，estradiol（女性ホルモン，エストラジオールの上昇）

・decrcased secondary male characteristics（男性二次性徴の低下）

・tallness（高身長），gyncomastia(女性化乳房), and female distribution of hair（発毛の女性化）

・infertility（男性不妊症）

・decreased sccondary female characteristics（女性二次性徴の低下）(due to decreased estrogen)

・skeletal abnormalities→short stature（低身長）; haploinsufficiency of the short stature homeobox (SHOX) gene（ホメオボックス遺伝子のハプロ不全）

・web neck（翼状頚）（cystic hygroma）
