“Establishment of an optimized protocol for Golgi-electron microscopy method based on Golgi-Cox staining procedure with the commercial kit.”
脳内ニューロンの樹状突起や樹状突起棘の形態変化を検出できる従来のゴルジ染色法を元に、Golgi-Cox stainingとGolgi-EM methodを組み合わせることにより電子顕微鏡での神経細胞の形態観察に応用する手法を開発した論文です。
この成果は、大阪大学との共同研究によるものです。
